Brian Payne is currently a freelance illustrator and artist living in historic Girard, Pennsylvania with his lovely wife and three children. He also has two Dachshunds who help keep things interesting. He is a lifelong resident of Northwest Pennsylvania and inspired by the world around him. As a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Brian freelances his talents in both the commercial art and fine art fields.
